Alan Allport

Alan Allport is a British historian specializing in the relationship between war and society during the two world wars. Born in Whiston, Merseyside, he relocated to the United States in 1994. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007 and currently serves as a faculty member at Syracuse University.
