Alastair Reynolds

Alastair Reynolds is a Welsh science fiction author known for his work in hard science fiction and space opera. A former space scientist, he began his writing career publishing short stories in the early 1990s before transitioning to novels. His body of work includes the Revelation Space series alongside various standalone projects. He has lived in several regions across the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, and maintains interests in running, hill-walking, and birdwatching.
