Alexander Phillips

Alexander Moore Phillips (1907–1991) was an American novelist and short story writer who contributed to pulp magazines such as Amazing Stories and Wonder Stories. Beyond his literary career, he worked as a topographical draftsman and served in the U.S. Army in Egypt and Palestine. He also held the position of president of the Philadelphia Science Fiction Society and published his novel, The Mislaid Charm, in 1947.
