Daniel Humm

Daniel Humm is a Swiss chef and the owner of the New York-based hospitality group Daniel Humm Hospitality. His portfolio includes the restaurant Eleven Madison Park, Clemente Bar, and the lifestyle brand Eleven Madison Home. In 2024, he was appointed a UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for food education in recognition of his advocacy for sustainable food systems.
