James Bessen

James Bessen is an economist and lecturer at the Boston University School of Law. His research focuses on the impact of software on innovation, automation, and market dominance. Prior to his academic career, Bessen worked as a software developer and served as the CEO of the software company Bestinfo. He has also held a fellowship at the Berkman Center for Internet and Society.
