Kenneth Clark

Kenneth Clark was a British art historian, museum director, and broadcaster whose expertise spanned various periods, with a particular focus on Italian Renaissance art and the work of Leonardo da Vinci. Following his tenure managing art galleries during the 1930s and 1940s, he gained widespread recognition as a television presenter. He is best known for his work on the 1969 documentary series Civilisation, which explored the history of Western art and culture.
