Mark Williams

Clifton Mark Williams is a New Zealand poet, writer, academic, and critic specializing in contemporary literature. He holds an MA from the University of Auckland and a Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia. Currently an emeritus Professor of English at Victoria University of Wellington, he is widely recognized for his extensive work as an editor and literary historian within the New Zealand literary community.
