Nick Hornby

Nicholas Peter John Hornby is an English writer born in 1957. He is widely recognized for his novels High Fidelity, About a Boy, and the memoir Fever Pitch, all of which were adapted into feature films. His writing often explores themes of music, sport, and the obsessive nature of his protagonists. Hornby has also received two Academy Award nominations for his work as a screenwriter on the films An Education and Brooklyn.
