Peter Downsbrough

Peter Downsbrough was a US-Belgian visual artist, sculptor, and photographer whose practice spanned conceptual art, painting, and architecture. Active from the mid-20th century until 2024, his work explored the relationship between space, language, and structural form. His multidisciplinary approach integrated elements of drafting and sculpture to challenge traditional perceptions of the built environment.
