Peter Ward

Frederick Schiller Faust was an American writer, novelist, and screenwriter known for his prolific output under numerous pseudonyms, most notably Max Brand. He gained widespread recognition for creating the character Dr. James Kildare and for his historical swashbuckler series Tizzo the Firebrand, published in Argosy magazine. His extensive body of work spanned Westerns, pulp fiction, and adventure stories that were frequently adapted for radio, television, and film.
