Ulises Carrion

Ulises Carrión was a Mexican conceptual artist and writer recognized for his influential role in defining the artists' book genre, most notably through his 1975 manifesto The New Art of Making Books. Beyond his writing, he was a multidisciplinary creator active in performance, sound, video, and mail art.
