Yochai Benkler

Yochai Benkler is an Israeli-American author and the Berkman Professor of Entrepreneurial Legal Studies at Harvard Law School. He serves as a faculty co-director of the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society. In his academic work, he is recognized for coining the term commons-based peer production and for authoring the 2006 book The Wealth of Networks.
